Global Service srl macchine utensili is present throughout the whole of Italy with technical support services, repair and overhaul of numerical control Machining Centres.

Global Service was established in 1997, and then in agreement with the Mandelli Industrie spa company it offered technical services defining a line of strong specialization and an organization that quickly led to the achievement of important and ambitious goals.

Global Service offers the market the following services:

REVAMPING & RESTYLING, the right elements for production using efficient machines, completely refurbished and guaranteed as new. Medium to large horizontal machines can be produced (from  a 1.200 mm cube to a 400 mm one) and in addition the means and the experience to produce special machines for particular uses can be offered.

TECHNICAL MAINTENANCE is the whole of the operating services for:

Traditional, electronic and laboratory instruments are the means through which a highly qualified technical staff carries out maintenance programmes for achieving high levels of reliability.

AUTOMATION & RESTYLING are the completion of an all round service where, through modernization and the application of new technologies, new targets are set for achieving and improving manufacturing cycles. We carry out transformations and overhauls applying digital optical systems, brushless motors, advanced numerical controls: Siemens, Selca, Heidenhain, Plasma/E assisting the customers in the critical phases of optimization of the machines use.

PURCHASE AND SALE OF MACHINE TOOLS. Unlike sales companies, our sales proposal is for us an integral part of a service that must, first of all, have full customer satisfaction. Our machines are used and/or new but guaranteed "turnkey" from sales plan to putting in production. Each machine has a CE certification or sworn expert's report so that it can be purchased with the most suitable financial instrument.

Global Service combines with its now consolidated programme of activity, new expertise in safety systems for observing community regulations and in repair & exchange with an electronic laboratory for carrying out repairs on electronic cards, motors and drives.

The year 2000 brought the consolidation of our main medium term objectives with the completion of our new factory site that with its 3,500 sq. m. allows us to develop new work opportunities. At our new premises, the overhauling of various machines has already begun, and the constantly stocked spare parts stores and the electronic repairs laboratory have been relocated.
